Nazzareno & Emiliano want to bring the Umbrian specialities in the eternal city!
Born in Montefalco, the capital of Sagrantino wine and with the love for the Umbrian region, Nazzareno & Emiliano want to share their passion for Umbria also in Rom; that`s why they opened l`angolo dell`aurora in the center of Rom, close to Via Veneto.
Here you can taste the Strangozzi (typical Umbrian pasta) made from Mamma Emilia, as well as several salumi (cold cuts)and cheese! Of course all of those dishes are accompanied by a selection of Montefalco`s Red Wine from Sangiovese, Merlot and Sagrantino grapes.
Last but not least, here you can taste also the typical roman dishes like: saltimbocca alla romana (rolled veal with ham and sage), Amatriciana pasta & fresh fish, fished directly in the nearby coast.
